Honor Woman tells the love story of Madame Butterfly from Giacomo Puccini's opera of the same name. And so Amouage has assigned different facets of the opera to the individual nuances of the fragrance: tuberose stands for danger, jasmine for loyalty, gardenia for secret love, lily of the valley for the purity of the heart and white carnation for innocence. A base of sensual incense, amber and opoponax symbolizes her tragedy.
